Mexican corn

Ingredients:

  • 6 ears of corn
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Super Dips Chipotle, Jalapeños or Bacon Cheese.
  • Chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or parmesan cheese

Preparation:

  1. Boil, fry or grill corn until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and Super Dips Chipotle, Jalapeños or Bacon Cheese. Mix in a small bowl.
  3. When serving, pour a drizzle of spicy mayonnaise on the ears and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Add lime juice to taste.
