Mexican corn
Ingredients:
- 6 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Super Dips Chipotle, Jalapeños or Bacon Cheese.
- Chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges (optional)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta or parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Boil, fry or grill corn until tender.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and Super Dips Chipotle, Jalapeños or Bacon Cheese. Mix in a small bowl.
- When serving, pour a drizzle of spicy mayonnaise on the ears and sprinkle with cheese and cilantro. Add lime juice to taste.
