DRESSING
Recipe 1 :
- Combine 1 tsp. 1 tsp mayonnaise of the sachet.
- Add 1/2 cup. cream or milk. Mix and serve on your salad.
Recipe 2 :
- Combine 1 tsp. 1 tsp sachet balsamic vinegar.
- Add 2 tsp. olive oil.
- Mix and serve on your salad.
Pork marinated in camelina oil (Ricardo recipe)
Ingrédients :
- 700 g (1.5 lb) pork tenderloin
- 3 c. camelina oil
- 2 c. Coconut Curry Super Dips
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 C. apple cider vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions :
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt and camelina oil with a whisk.
- Add the Coconut Curry Super Dips seasoning, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Reserve a part of the marinade for the accompaniment.
- Pour the rest into a glass dish and add the pork tenderloin. Coat it well with the marinade and keep in the refrigerator for two hours or more.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the dish and remove the excess marinade.
- Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan, 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then bake at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes. Can also be cooked on the barbecue.
SALAD
- Combine 2 cups of mayonnaise and a cup of water.
- Add a Superdips bag.
- Mix everything and pour over the salad.
DIP
- Combine 2 cups mayonnaise, sour cream or plain yogurt with a sachet Superdips
- Mix everything and enjoy as a dip with your favorite vegetables.
For a small portion:
- Combine 3 tbsp. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, sour cream or plain yogurt of the Superdips mixture.
- Mix everything and enjoy as a dip with your favorite vegetables.
MARINADE
Recipe 1:
- Combine 1 tsp. 2 tsp sachet olive oil.
- Mix and add 2 chicken breasts.
Recipe 2:
- Combine 1 tsp. 2 tsp sachet olive oil and 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar.
- Mix and add 2 steaks.
Recipe 3:
- Combine 1 bag with 1 cup olive oil.
- Add 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Add 2 tsp. honey or maple syrup
- Mix and add chicken drumsticks
Recipe 4:
- Combine 1/2 cup each of Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and honey.
- Add a Superdips bag.
- Mix and add pork.
BUTTER
- Combine 1 tsp. from the sachet to 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- Use on baked potatoes or loaf of bread.
Spicy chicken wings
Put together:
- 2/3 cup of olive oil the juice of a lemon or a lime
- 1/2 sachet of Superdips jalapenos or habaneros
- 3 c. maple syrup or honey Marinate the chicken wings for 12 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Cook on the bbq or in the oven.
Super Spag Spaghetti Sauce
Ingrédients :
- 2 kilos of ground beef
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- ½ bag of vegetables for spaghetti sauce
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 can salt-free chicken broth or tomato juice
- 1/2 sachet of Super Spag spices
Instructions :
- Brown meat over medium-high heat.
- Add the vegetables.
- Drain the tomatoes and add them as well as the tomato paste and the Super Spag sachet.
- Add the chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low (just to simmer) and cook an hour and a half more, stirring occasionally.
