Present your crudités in a small glass

  • Cut sticks of red, orange and yellow peppers, cucumbers, celery and carrots.
  • Put a little dip in the bottom of small glasses and put the vegetable sticks there.
  • Enjoy these very cold crudités verrines as an aperitif.

This presentation, in addition to being really pretty and original, has the advantage of reducing the risk of contamination (ideal during COVID times!)
