Tomato and basil zucchini noodles
- 4 teaspoon olive oil
- 3 zucchini, cut into spirals
- 1 tbsp. Super Dips Sundried Tomato and Basil
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese or crumbled feta cheese
- Cut the zucchini into spirals using a spiral cutter or peeler.
- Place in a bowl and mix with the Super Dips Sundried Tomato and Basil.
- Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the zucchini for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan or feta cheese and serve.
