Maple and pepper pulled pork
Ingredients:
- 1 pork loin
- 4 tbsp. Super Rub Maple and Pepper Mix
- 4 tbsp. Maple Beef Super Rub Mix
- 1 cup beef broth
Preparation:
1. Mix the two Super Rub seasonings and coat the meat with this mixture.
2. Place the meat in the slow cooker and add the beef broth.
3. Cook at low temperature for approximately 8 hours.
4. Break up the meat with a fork, mixing the sauce with the meat.
Serve as a burger, on nachos, in your grilled cheese, in your pizza or make a pulled pork poutine.
